Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance
Please call to verify the season you are booking to apply the correct cancellation policy if there is any confusion about your dates or stay policies. Some special purchase Bed and Breakfast Stays are fully refundable and can be cancelled 72 hours prior to the first day of stay DURING OFF SEASON which is October 14th through May 15th. High Season rates are refundable (high season begins May 16th and runs through October 15th) if cancelled within 30 days prior to the first day of one's arrival minus a $55.00 processing fee unless you have booked a special or you have chosen the fully refundable rate offered. We try to accommodate every travelers needs with special rates, packages and discounts so please check which rate best suits your travel needs while booking. Whole Inn Venues are non-refundable, this includes wedding venues, rehearsal dinners, and special events. Discounted and promotional rates are non refundable. If a cancellation occurs outside the grace period, the reservation is not refundable. If a reservation is made close to the date of travel and there is worry about the possibility of a cancellation, we recommend securing AIG Travelers Insurance/Travel Guard:
Travel Guard Insurance makes sure customers receive not only superior travel insurance coverage but also a lifeline when away from home. Next time there is an emergency or delay, Travel Guard can help you find a new flight, hotel room, and rental car. Requests must be submitted to Travel Guard in writing within 15 days of the effective date of the coverage, provided it is not past the original departure date. Not applicable to residents of the state of New York.
