Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance
All reservation are fully refundable if cancelled 90 days prior to your stay. If a cancellation occurs outside the grace period, the reservation is not refundable. If a reservation is made close to the date of travel and there is worry about the possibility of a cancellation, we recommend securing AIG Travelers Insurance/Travel Guard:
Travel Guard Insurance makes sure customers receive not only superior travel insurance coverage but also a lifeline when away from home. Next time there is an emergency or delay, Travel Guard can help you find a new flight, hotel room, and rental car. Requests must be submitted to Travel Guard in writing within 15 days of the effective date of the coverage, provided it is not past the original departure date. Not applicable to residents of the state of New York.
