Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance
Bed and Breakfast Stays are fully refundable and can be cancelled 24 hours prior to the first day of stay. Whole Inn Venues are non-refundable, this includes wedding venues, rehearsal dinners, and special events. Discounted and promotional rates are non refundable. If a cancellation occurs outside the grace period, the reservation is not refundable. If a reservation is made close to the date of travel and there is worry about the possibility of a cancellation, we recommend securing AIG Travelers Insurance/Travel Guard:
Travel Guard Insurance makes sure customers receive not only superior travel insurance coverage but also a lifeline when away from home. Next time there is an emergency or delay, Travel Guard can help you find a new flight, hotel room, and rental car. Requests must be submitted to Travel Guard in writing within 15 days of the effective date of the coverage, provided it is not past the original departure date. Not applicable to residents of the state of New York.
